About This Role

This role is a rare opportunity for a financial leader to manage billions of dollars across multiple service appropriations and oversee international Partner and FMS funding for the F-35 Joint Program. The position involves leading and developing a multidisciplinary financial management team for programming, planning, budgeting, execution, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billions of dollars across multiple service appropriations (US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps)
  • Oversee international Partner and FMS funding for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program at the enterprise level
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary financial management team
  • Ensure programming, planning, budgeting, execution, and audit readiness across U.S. Services, Partners Nations, and FMS customers
  • Operate independently with limited direction
  • Brief and defend positions to senior leaders
  • Balance competing priorities under scrutiny
  • Translate complex financial realities into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Research, interpret, analyze, and apply financial management laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with other organization managers and customers as appropriate

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain & maintain SECRET Security clearance

Certifications

DoD FM certification Level III (within 2-years) (Required) DAWIA Certification FM Advanced (within 2-years) (Required)
