Delivery Expert

About This Role

The Delivery Expert is responsible for accurately checking and safely delivering products to customers, while also supporting in-store duties and maintaining compliance with company standards and legal regulations. This role requires excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check products for accuracy against quality standards
• Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties
• Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction
• Receive and process telephone orders and handle credit transactions
• Work as part of a team, assist other workstations, and complete closing duties
• Navigate delivery area using maps and deliver to various locations
• Operate and clean all equipment and facility daily

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Proof of insurance
• Satisfactory vehicle
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts including nights and weekends
• Navigational skills
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
