The Delivery Expert is responsible for accurately checking and safely delivering products to customers, while also supporting in-store duties and maintaining compliance with company standards and legal regulations. This role requires excellent customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Check products for accuracy against quality standards
- Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties
- Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction
- Receive and process telephone orders and handle credit transactions
- Work as part of a team, assist other workstations, and complete closing duties
- Navigate delivery area using maps and deliver to various locations
- Operate and clean all equipment and facility daily
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Proof of insurance
- Satisfactory vehicle
- Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts including nights and weekends
- Navigational skills
- Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
