Delivery Driver

About This Role

Serve as an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, completing local deliveries of packaged orders from retail stores to customer homes using personal vehicles. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Pick up packaged orders from designated retail store locations
• Deliver items safely, efficiently, and professionally to customer homes
• Verify all delivery details and route information before leaving the store
• Maintain communication with dispatch for updates or issues as needed
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within designated timeframes
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent The Shine Lab professionally

Requirements

• Qualifying personal vehicle (sedan, minivan, pickup truck, small cargo van)
• Active auto insurance
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Clean, reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages (50lbs or more)
• Smartphone capable of running TSL's delivery app
• Strong safety-first mindset
• High level of professionalism and exceptional customer service
• Ability to work 5–6 days per week, starting at 7:00 AM
• Reside within 25 miles of the application location
