Delivery Driver

About This Role

As an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will pick up orders from designated retail store locations and deliver them directly to customers’ homes. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent daily routes, and the potential for high weekly earnings.

Responsibilities

• Pick up packaged orders from designated store locations
• Deliver items safely, efficiently, and professionally to customer homes
• Verify all delivery details and route information before leaving the store
• Maintain communication with dispatch for updates or issues as needed
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within designated timeframes
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent The Shine Lab professionally

Requirements

• Access to a qualifying personal vehicle (Sedan, Minivan, Pickup truck, Small cargo van)
• Active auto insurance
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages (50lbs or more)
• Smartphone capable of running TSL's delivery app
• Reside within 25 miles of the location
