Delivery Driver / Paint Supplies

About This Role

This part-time Delivery Driver position is responsible for delivering paint and related products to local PSE Group customers, operating a company vehicle, and assisting with various in-store tasks. The role ensures efficient and safe delivery operations while maintaining customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws
• Maintain an acceptable personal driving record
• Maintain company vehicle and alert supervisor of repair/servicing needs
• Process delivery documents as required
• Alert Sales Representatives to potential sales leads from customers
• Clean and maintain assigned areas and equipment
• Make product deliveries ensuring customer quality and service expectations are met
• Load merchandise to ensure safety and security during transit
• Unload deliveries at customer sites and validate correct shipment
• Return materials, color matches, and tools for repair from customers to the store/warehouse
• Assist in filling orders and proper staging
• Pick up merchandise from local vendors
• Assist with inside customer service, including servicing customers and processing orders
• Answer telephones professionally and assist with customer inquiries or orders

Requirements

• Must be licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with state, federal, and provincial law
• Must have acceptable driving record from DMV/MTO
• Must be able to continuously lift up to 70 pounds
• Candidates must submit to a drug screen
