Delivery Driver

About This Role

This role is for a part-time Delivery Driver for Domino's, responsible for delivering orders accurately and maintaining company and vehicle image standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist carryout customers politely and courteously, being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu
• Maintain perfect image according to Domino's standards
• Demonstrate customer 'WOW' steps (Apologize, Give them what they want, Give them something extra)
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of topping amount
• Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery
• Say “Let me get your change” on every order
• Not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money
• Not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working
• Maintain a neat and clean vehicle in positive image while working
• Ensure drivers are not routed early or checked in early from delivery
• Wash hands prior to making products (for Pizza makers)
• Follow proper procedure for all products
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address
