Delivery Driver

About This Role

Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers safely and efficiently, while also providing in-store support, taking orders, and assisting with general store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza, sides, and other menu items to customers
• Project a positive image to the customer
• Drive safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws
• Know the store’s delivery area and read maps
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Greet customers within 10 seconds
• Handle cash, make cash drops, and reconcile accurately
• Accurately report tips
• Contribute to make line and orders, including making pizzas, preparing dough, and stocking toppings
• Assist with keeping the store clean and stocked
• Deliver leaflets and door hangers as required

Requirements

• Exceptional and positive attitude
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide proof of liability insurance
• Clean, unrestricted driving record
• Clean, reliable and safe vehicle
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Ability to use Domino’s specific equipment (car toppers, hot bags, jackets)
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to comprehend written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and Team Members
• Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
• Mid-range and distant vision for delivery tasks
