This role is for a Delivery Expert who will deliver pizzas to customers, requiring excellent navigation skills, positive customer interaction, and punctuality. The position focuses on ensuring timely and delicious product delivery while upholding the Domino's brand image.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and delectably delicious pizzas to hungry customers.
- Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Maintain professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
- Take inventory and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
- Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, making correct monetary change.
- Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards
- Ability to lift and/or stack products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Hand-eye coordination
