About This Role

Manage the daily operations of a deli/bakery on a military base, ensuring high standards of merchandising, customer service, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on improving people's quality of life through food services.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline staff
• Oversee deli/bakery operations
• Implement department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance
• Develop and conduct frontline training programs
• Handle opening and closing procedures for the operation
• Maintain daily operation standards

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years minimum management experience
• 2 years minimum functional experience in a retail deli/bakery operation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli/bakery operation
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Successful customer service skills

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of management experience and 2 years of functional experience in a retail deli/bakery
