This role involves expanding market reach and building trusted partnerships with dealerships in Brooklyn, NY, focusing on automotive finance. The Dealership Account Manager will be responsible for on-site visits to drive growth and make a significant impact in their assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new dealership partners to expand our network, drive growth, and strengthen market presence in the automotive finance sector
- Provide exceptional service and consultative support to dealer partners through on-site visits to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities and guide strategic business decisions
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted outreach, effective communication, and consistent representation of our values and offerings
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development
- 2 years in most recent role
- Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management
- Willingness and ability to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person visits
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Carry full coverage insurance
- Must reside within or near the assigned geographic territory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development, with at least 2 years in the most recent role.
Nice to Have
- Special finance experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
