Dealer Services Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves working with customers and operational teams to ensure smooth sale processes at Manheim Fontana. The coordinator promotes and educates customers on Manheim's products and services, acting as a liaison to resolve issues and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Dealer Sales team for the contact center, promoting services and assigning run numbers.
• Work directly with customers via email and phone to ensure expectations are met and service issues are resolved.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sincere appreciation for business relationships.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems and issues, serving as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and location personnel.
• Assist with customer care issues and respond to dealer inquiries, problems, or concerns professionally, escalating as necessary.
• Educate customers on Online Vehicle Exchange, Simulcast, Manheim.com, and other Manheim services & products, providing assistance and training.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding setting of floor prices prior to every sale and educate dealers if needed to MMR.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers over the phone and online when clients are inquiring through the phone queue.
• Serve as initial contact for buyers and sellers, soliciting inventory and offering additional services.
• Identify sold units and facilitate transactions through completion, including monitoring notifications, confirming vehicle availability, and generating documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Up to 2 years' experience in a related field (call center, customer service, etc.)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
