Join a dynamic team as a Data Scientist, transforming large-scale datasets into actionable insights to drive business optimization. Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and content signals to inform smarter decision-making, enhance product offerings, and foster measurable growth. This role emphasizes developing predictive models, deploying machine learning solutions, and collaborating across teams to improve traffic acquisition, engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model large and complex datasets, including web traffic, user behavior, engagement funnels, and content metadata
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models for forecasting, user segmentation, and content performance optimization
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and workflows utilizing GCP and BigQuery for data ingestion and transformation
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance decision-making processes, including experimentation, ranking, scoring, and automation use cases
- Collaborate with product, business, operations, and engineering teams to align initiatives with strategic goals and KPIs
- Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities across various business facets
- Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders to inform strategy and prioritization
- Optimize SQL and Python workflows for performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Continuously evaluate emerging tools and capabilities to improve analytics efficiency and business outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a data science or advanced analytics role, preferably supporting digital products, content, or sales-driven businesses
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
- Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Dataform, and Vertex AI
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of web traffic analytics and user engagement metrics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a data science or advanced analytics role
