Data Management Analyst

About This Role

This role involves the architecture and stewardship of bank data, requiring an understanding of data management topics, design methodologies, and tools. The individual will architect the distribution, management, retention, and utilization of structured and unstructured bank data.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward bank data and content, guiding storage, access, and hygiene
• Architect and document ongoing data hygiene practices to ensure data integrity
• Support network and server infrastructure through understanding of systems and design
• Manage data by inventorying content for each application and providing end-user guidance on data hygiene
• Plan, lead, and participate in projects using PM methodologies
• Establish, select, onboard, and manage vendors through their lifecycle
• Design and actively improve security in core subject areas and the wider institutional security posture
• Resolve priority bridges and handle interrupt-driven tasks

Requirements

• Understanding of data management topics, design methodologies and tools
• Ability to architect distribution, management, retention and utilization of bank data
• Moderate to high levels of database administration skills
• 4+ years of data management experience
• Windows Server administration experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar experience
• Minimum of 4 years of data management experience, preferably in financial services

Nice to Have

• Experience with Security software, disaster recovery, firewalls, network monitoring
• Data management experience in financial services
