Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; identify and correct errors as needed
- Process large volumes of information while maintaining high attention to detail
- Organize, classify, and standardize data according to established guidelines and procedures
- Verify source documents and digital records to ensure data integrity
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Generate basic reports and data summaries when required
- Collaborate remotely with team members to meet productivity and quality targets
- Follow documented workflows, data standards, and turnaround-time requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, or data management platforms
