About This Role

This contract position involves accurately transferring student and course information between software systems, maintaining high data accuracy and integrity to support ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transfer student and course information from one software system to another
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity during the entry process
• Verify and cross-Check transferred data to ensure completeness and correctness
• Utilize proprietary software tools effectively to manage data migration tasks
• Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or errors in the data
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent data handling
• Report progress and any issues encountered to supervisors promptly
• Ensure compliance with background and clearance requirements as part of the role

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
• Proficiency in handling numeric and alphanumeric data with accuracy
• Familiarity with computer-based data entry tools and software
• Ability to type efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
• Availability to work onsite during standard office hours (8 AM to 5 PM)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
