Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking high-energy, customer-focused Dance Instructors to conduct private and group dance classes. This role involves helping students achieve dance goals through various activities, enriching their lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
- Help students reach personal dance goals through events, lessons, and journeys of dance growth
- Attend studio events on weekday evenings and some weekends with students
- Work closely with people from all walks of life
- Accept coaching and feedback for improvement in dance and business skills
Requirements
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to commit to the work required for success
- Accountable, unselfish team player
- Positive outlook
- Exceptional physical fitness/endurance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages
Qualifications
- Years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all are acceptable.
