The Dance Instructor will provide private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals through a variety of activities including lessons, performances, parties, and competitions. This role involves enhancing people's lives through dance while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
- Work with students to reach their personal dance goals for events or lifelong dance growth
- Attend studio events on weekday evenings and some weekends with students
- Embrace coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain exceptional physical fitness and endurance for the role

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
