About This Role

Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for classified environments. This role involves designing, securing, and deploying specialized tools to support governance and risk management of classified systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity solutions
  • Identify, design, secure, and deploy specialized tools for governance and risk management
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified assets
  • Lead advanced risk governance operations to implement proactive security methodologies
  • Oversee planning, implementation, testing, and monitoring of classified cyber-security measures
  • Oversee and direct day-to-day information system security operations
  • Assess and mitigate classified system security threats and risks
  • Oversee the validation of classified system security requirements
  • Direct the development and maintenance of technical system security documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum Top Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity
  • Understanding of Development and Security Controls
  • Mindset focused on automation-enabled cybersecurity
  • Experience executing security hardening on Windows and RHEL operating systems based on DISA STIGs and SRGs
  • Experience implementing NIST SP 800-53 security controls
  • Experience leading cross-functional team projects
  • Well-versed in information system security architectural documentation standards
  • Ability to understand and implement information assurance and cybersecurity standards, directives, and policies (e.g., NIST)
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive information system security strategy
  • Compliance with governing documents and security policies
  • US Citizenship

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity.

Nice to Have

  • ISSO/ISSM SAP/SCI/Collateral experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
