Customer Supply Chain Support

About This Role

This entry-level Part-time Customer Supply Chain Support role involves supporting the customer's supply chain to improve onsite business performance. It focuses on customer relationship management, operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment within a customer's facility.

Responsibilities

• Respond and coordinate resources relative to customer requests
• Manage inventory
• Place and fulfill orders
• Receive and ship inventory
• Execute inventory fulfillment within the customer facility
• Source and quote new and existing products
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement new business processes
• Monetize and report the value of supply chain management activities to the customer

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess or are working towards a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience
• Entry level position, building foundation of experience in customer relationship management and operations.

Nice to Have

• Current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located and ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
• Interest in career advancement
