About This Role

This temporary contract position involves managing a high volume of incoming customer calls, providing timely assistance, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and Excel proficiency, working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers, providing timely and professional assistance
• Listen actively to customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions or escalate as needed
• Use Microsoft Excel to log call details, track customer interactions, and generate basic reports
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer inquiries and resolutions in systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for data privacy and customer handling

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or phone-based role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet and phone setup if working remotely
• Availability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours/week), including potential weekends or evenings during peak periods

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or phone-based role
