About This Role

The Customer Service Supervisor (Front End Support) assists with scheduling and supervision of Store Support Team Members and manages the day-to-day flow of the department. This role supports leadership to ensure smooth operation of the Store Support Team and ensures a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Team Members.
  • Train new Team Members using learning checklists and materials.
  • Keep cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.
  • Resolve difficult customer situations.
  • Ensure all necessary breaks are given.
  • Communicate team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
  • Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members to satisfy customers.
  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members.
  • Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.
  • Consistently communicate and model WFM vision and goals.

Requirements

  • 12+ months retail experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 12+ months retail experience.
