About This Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide excellent customer interactions, either face-to-face, by email, or over the phone, potentially within food or facilities operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work in either food or facilities operation
  • Handle customer service interactions through face-to-face, email, or telephone communications
  • Record and document various client interactions for management follow-up
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
