About This Role

Support the Public Information and Customer Service (PICS) Office at Montgomery Parks by delivering professional customer service, managing inquiries, and performing database maintenance for external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond accurately and professionally to phone calls, emails, and other written correspondence received through general information channels
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to Montgomery County's citizens and Parks staff
  • Perform database maintenance, including data entry and organization
  • Consistently track and work to enhance customer relationships and interactions
  • Utilize various software systems to manage requests
