Customer Service Rep

About This Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced pizza environment, assisting with pizza making, baking, and order fulfillment. It offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified customer service with personality and people skills
• Assist with making, baking, or taking pizzas during hungry hours
• Handle varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions for outside tasks
• Perform tasks in diverse in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees
• Navigate sudden temperature changes and fumes from food odors
• Work with cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, and sharp edges
• Talk and hear on the telephone
• Utilize near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
• Lift up to 50 pounds of bulk product deliveries
• Carry large cans and pizza sauce weighing up to 30 pounds
• Push trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
• Perform stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching tasks
• Utilize hand tasks for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peels, and assembling pizza boxes
• Operate pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and pizza peel
