Join Providence South Animal Hospital as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, handling administrative tasks and educating pet owners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Greet clients on arrival
• Complete financial transactions
• Educate pet owners

Requirements

• Ability to work compassionately with clients and their pets
• Reliably commute to Waxhaw, NC or plan to relocate

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary setting

Nice to Have

• 1 year of Customer service experience
• 1 year of Veterinary experience
• 1 year of Pet care experience
• 1 year of Animal care experience
• 1 year of Animal restraint experience
