Join Providence South Animal Hospital as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, handling administrative tasks and educating pet owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Greet clients on arrival
- Complete financial transactions
- Educate pet owners
Requirements
- Ability to work compassionately with clients and their pets
- Reliably commute to Waxhaw, NC or plan to relocate
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary setting
Nice to Have
- 1 year of Customer service experience
- 1 year of Veterinary experience
- 1 year of Pet care experience
- 1 year of Animal care experience
- 1 year of Animal restraint experience
