About This Role

Manage customer project orders within the Southeast area, overseeing the entire process from initiation to financial reconciliation. Ensure customer requirements are met and projects are executed efficiently utilizing Schneider Electric products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer project orders from initiation, planning, executing, controlling to closing
  • Confirm customer requirements including drawings, specifications, job site needs, and bill of material alignment
  • Manage job process from order preparation through manufacturing release, product shipment, and post shipment support
  • Partner with Field Sales or senior project management to validate purchase orders and bills of material
  • Validate project schedule and communicate with customers to manage expectations
  • Monitor project execution through kick-off meetings, communication, and exchange of technical requirements
  • Monitor project performance through its lifecycle, verifying task completion and resolving issues
  • Lead project closeout, including financial reconciliation and verifying equipment arrival and installation
  • Propose alternate products with additional customer value
  • Solve problems with customer interaction to improve relationships
  • Utilize knowledge of Schneider Electric products and project management principles

Requirements

  • 4-year engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer operating systems, specifically Windows
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Access
  • Ability to work 3 days in the office

Qualifications

  • 4-year engineering degree in ME/EE/IE, or equivalent experience
