CTS Blast and Clean Technician

About This Role

Perform production operations in a clean-room manufacturing environment, including equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance tasks. Collect and evaluate operating data to ensure process optimization and work with engineering on tests and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions associated with production operations in a clean-room manufacturing environment
• Set up, calibrate, and carry out preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
• Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization
• Use sophisticated programs to track and control components through the production process
• Coach or train other lower level technicians to develop teamwork, leadership, and technical skills
• Work with engineering in conducting tests and experiments

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology
• Sand blasting experience
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform assigned duties, including computer skills
• Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the job
