CRM Marketing Technology Associate

About This Role

This role is a unique opportunity to join Uber's Global CRM team as a Deployment Specialist. You will be responsible for building and deploying communications to millions of Uber users globally via owned digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Script dynamic comms using Uber's proprietary scripting language to create a personalized user experience
• Built logical and globally scalable marketing automations using Uber's internal CRM tools
• Partner with other deployment and CRM operations team members to identify, build, and enhance CRM systems
• Be involved in briefs and project kickoffs to properly architect solutions prior to building
• Clarify, capture, and optimize requirements in order to build ad-hoc and automated communications
• Perform peer reviews and QA to ensure quality standards are met
• Build partnerships and instill trust with global CRM team members and product teams
• Communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, and campaign results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a Technical Marketing/CRM Operations role

Nice to Have

• Email deployment experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (i.e SFMC or ExactTarget) or equivalent technology
• Experience and knowledge of languages like Python and Java
• Experience and knowledge of writing AI prompts
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with multiple scripting languages and concepts
• Basic reading and writing SQL
• Working familiarity with HTML/CSS
• High technical aptitude
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with various teams across the globe
• Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements
