This role is a unique opportunity to join Uber's Global CRM team as a Deployment Specialist. You will be responsible for building and deploying communications to millions of Uber users globally via owned digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Script dynamic comms using Uber's proprietary scripting language to create a personalized user experience
- Built logical and globally scalable marketing automations using Uber's internal CRM tools
- Partner with other deployment and CRM operations team members to identify, build, and enhance CRM systems
- Be involved in briefs and project kickoffs to properly architect solutions prior to building
- Clarify, capture, and optimize requirements in order to build ad-hoc and automated communications
- Perform peer reviews and QA to ensure quality standards are met
- Build partnerships and instill trust with global CRM team members and product teams
- Communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, and campaign results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in a Technical Marketing/CRM Operations role

- 2+ years experience in a Technical Marketing/CRM Operations role
Nice to Have
- Email deployment experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (i.e SFMC or ExactTarget) or equivalent technology
- Experience and knowledge of languages like Python and Java
- Experience and knowledge of writing AI prompts
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with multiple scripting languages and concepts
- Basic reading and writing SQL
- Working familiarity with HTML/CSS
- High technical aptitude
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various teams across the globe
- Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements
