About This Role

Teach and coordinate CPR/AED/First Aid trainings in-person in Oregon City, OR, manage administrative tasks, and help scale the training program.

Responsibilities

Teach and support CPR/AED/First Aid trainings as needed
Coordinate training schedules including calendar management, confirmations, reminders, and logistics
Communicate with participants and staff leading up to trainings
Manage rosters, sign-in sheets, and course documentation
Track certifications and ensure completion materials are issued accurately and on time
Maintain training supplies and assist with setup/cleanup for sessions
Keep training operations organized, professional, and welcoming

Requirements

Current CPR/AED/First Aid certified instructor (active instructor credential)
Minimum 1 year of instructor experience
Ability to reliably work in person in Oregon City, OR

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of instructor experience
