The Invoice COE Analyst is responsible for reviewing and validating construction invoices from Business Partners to ensure accuracy, compliance with project estimates, and adherence to billing rules and SLAs. This role requires identifying discrepancies, coordinating with Business Partners and Finance to resolve issues, and managing change orders and budget adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Review construction invoices against approved estimates and design maps (PDFs)
- Verify billed items comply with allowed project codes and standards
- Identify discrepancies and work with Business Partners to resolve issues
- Review and approve change orders when estimates are updated
- Coordinate with Finance to request additional funds when budgets are insufficient
- Ensure invoices are processed within defined SLAs
Requirements
- Experience reviewing invoices or financial/project documentation
Qualifications
- Experience reviewing invoices or financial/project documentation
Nice to Have
- Construction, telecom, or cable industry experience
- Ability to read and interpret design maps
