Contract Sourcing Manager

About This Role

Manage contracts for a healthcare organization, including preparing, negotiating, and administering agreements with key suppliers. Assess and mitigate risks while maximizing value and expenditure across all phases of the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer multiple contracts pertaining to key suppliers
• Work with contracts through all phases until completion (pre-proposal through closeout) with a variety of suppliers
• Perform risk assessments of proposal/contract terms and conditions
• Formulate and execute strategies to minimize potential risks
• Maximize value and expenditure for the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in Contract Management, purchasing, supply management or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities

• 3+ years experience in Contract Management, purchasing, supply management or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities
