About This Role

Provide account-related services to members globally via phone, chat, e-mail, and video channels, focusing on member service inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment
• Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts
• Quickly identify client needs and match them to a product or service

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
• Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry level

• Customer service, retail or call center experience
