This part-time Branch Teller role serves as the face of Service Credit Union, providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and opening/closing member accounts, offering a solid entry point into a banking career.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm
- Serve and engage members in all aspects of their transactions
- Open and close member accounts
- Accurately process all member transactions, maintaining privacy and security
- Provide outstanding service, problem resolution, and needs-based selling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
- Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience desired; customer service or retail experience preferred
