Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to high-quality standards. Coordinate teams and subcontractors while enforcing safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure efficient work processes
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Enforce and promote safety protocols and compliance with regulations on-site
- Inspect work progress and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction activities
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports as required
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
