About This Role

Lead safety operations for a large-scale industrial construction project in Phoenix, AZ, ensuring compliance with OSHA and driving a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance
Lead and mentor site safety managers and personnel
Review subcontractor safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses
Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety evaluations
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Ensure subcontractor training and documentation compliance
Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across the project

Requirements

10+ years of Construction Health & Safety experience
CHST certification
Strong knowledge of OSHA and construction safety regulations
Proven leadership experience in large-scale construction environments

Qualifications

10+ years of Construction Health & Safety experience
