About This Role

This role involves leading day-to-day project operations for multiple residential and commercial landscape projects, streamlining workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards in Sharon, MA. You will guide field teams and improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations for multiple landscape projects from kickoff to completion
• Lead, coach, and support project managers, foremen, and field crews to maximize team performance
• Implement process improvements, resource allocation strategies, and scheduling to enhance project efficiency
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
• Enforce safety protocols, company procedures, and quality control measures across all sites
• Facilitate cross-team communication to optimize workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, recommending solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction or landscape operations
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, field operations, and workflow management
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
