This role is for a Construction Inspector in CM Services, focusing on ensuring construction quality and adherence to specifications for projects across Arizona. The inspector will apply relevant experience in crafts or trades, utilizing their technical skills to contribute to one of the Southwest's largest construction management firms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction inspection experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a related construction craft
- Successful completion of a state-certified apprenticeship program in a related construction craft or equivalent
- Computer literacy with word processing software competency
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30 Certification
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of construction inspection experience in crafts or trades, including at least two (2) years of hands-on experience in a related construction craft.

- Horizontal Boring / Directional Boring experience
- DOT Roadway / Bridge Construction Inspection experience
- Trenching and Shoring experience
- Soil Sampling and Testing experience
- Earthen Dam Construction experience
- Soil Compaction Techniques experience
- Protective Coatings Application and Inspection experience
- Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Drawings and Specifications
