This full-time, on-site Construction Coordinator role manages daily construction operations, ensures project adherence to schedules and budgets, and maintains safety standards for masonry and stucco projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Ensure adherence to safety standards on-site
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate with contractors
- Resolve project challenges
- Provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations
Requirements
- Strong Supervisory Skills
- Experience in Budgeting and Project Control
- Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in masonry or stucco construction
