The Condition Based Technician will primarily be responsible for analyzing data collected from Condition Based Maintenance routes. This role is crucial for maintaining quality products at Kraft Heinz's Muscatine facility by performing various predictive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data collected from Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) routes
- Perform and analyze Ultrasonic (UE) data collection for rotational equipment monitoring, lubrication, and leak detection
- Perform and analyze Infrared (IR) PM on mechanical and electrical components
- Perform off-line and on-line Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) on motors, analyze data, and report repairs
- Process and analyze machinery lubricant samples, providing reporting and recommendations
- Assist in the creation and update of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) routes
- Train others in the use of different predictive technologies
- Enter notifications into SAP for discovered issues and notify relevant personnel or address in the field
- Develop and maintain positive rapport with customers, suppliers, contractors, and associates
- Comply with QRMP Quality Risk Management requirements for Maintenance/Engineering department
- Perform all work in accordance with Kraft, OSHA, and NEC standards, including safety regulations
- Utilize the SAP system to document maintenance activities
Requirements
- Safety and quality orientated mindset
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to become Arc Flash trained
