About This Role

Plan, organize, and implement an instructional program to guide and encourage students to develop their academic potential, focusing on computer-related content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program
• Design and implement appropriate instruction of content area(s)
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials
• Utilize a variety of teaching practices and methodologies
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
• Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction
• Conduct tutoring sessions to meet all students’ needs
• Manage student behavior in the classroom
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school rules
• Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms
• Ability to use computer including software, database, spreadsheet and word processing
