Assist with information collection, analysis, and reporting for compliance and sustainability projects. Work with third-party service providers to manage certificates of insurance and maintain centralized databases.
Responsibilities
- Assist with information collection, tabulation, analysis, and reporting related to compliance and sustainability projects (e.g., policy management, and energy usage tracking)
- Work with third party service providers to track and obtain certificates of insurance
- Send out renewal reminders and follow up with business partners to refresh the certificates of insurance
- Maintain centralized database to manage certificates of insurance, corporate policies, and sustainability metrics
- Provide reports to management on the status of these projects
- Conduct research on best practices and compliance requirements and sustainability trends
- Assist with creation of reports and presentations for internal and external customers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving compliance and sustainability efforts
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability concepts
- Experience with creating, maintaining, and generating reports out of databases and content management tools
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Business or related field
- Own means of reliable transportation
