Community Engagement Associate

About This Role

This role will involve representing the brand in the community and building relationships through events and face-to-face interactions. The associate will drive awareness and shape how people engage with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as the front-line representative at community events, pop-ups, and local activations
• Engage directly with community members, answer questions, and provide resources and information
• Build relationships with individuals and organizations to increase visibility and participation
• Support planning and execution of outreach events, workshops, and community initiatives
• Collect feedback and insights from the community to share with internal teams
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and customer success to align outreach efforts
• Represent the brand voice in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner

Requirements

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with people face-to-face
• Strong communicator with excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
