Commissioning Manager

About This Role

Oversee the commissioning process for multiple data center construction projects from planning through execution. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all systems are tested, operational, and meet client specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, Cx Agents, and contractors for timely completion of commissioning activities
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule on-site activities in advance of Level 3 activities
• Coordinate with owner and tenant Cx personnel to address their needs
• Review project documents to ensure all commissioning requirements are met
• Manage Cx Alloy and coordinate Cx documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage Cx related close out documentation for the project
• Lead and manage commissioning teams during on-site activities
• Perform inspections, testing, and validation of systems and components
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring all systems function as intended

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commissioning, preferably within the Mission Critical Industry
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, procedures, and standards
• Proven experience in managing commissioning projects from start to finish
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commissioning, preferably within the Mission Critical Industry
