Join a well-established, full-service law firm as a Commercial Litigation Associate, gaining hands-on litigation experience and collaborating with seasoned attorneys on complex business disputes across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts
- Conduct factual investigations and handle written discovery
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings
- Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy
Requirements
- 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong academic background
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Active bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience
Nice to Have
- Courtroom and deposition experience
- Prior judicial clerkship experience
