This role will build and maintain strong banking relationships by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, ensuring client satisfaction and applying sound risk management for businesses in the Twin Cities region.

Requirements
- 5-15 years experience at VP/SVP level
- Relationship driven and hard-working
- Demonstrated strengths in sales and local market commercial lending
- Committed to networking and building client relationships
- Strong knowledge and experience in small to mid-sized business lending
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other lenders, credit and loan servicing teams
Qualifications
- 5–15 years of experience at the VP/SVP level
