This role involves building long-term relationships with clients, advising them on insurance needs, and actively managing a sales funnel to acquire 40-50 new clients per month for commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Advise prospects on everyday risks and how insurance can protect them
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients
- Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
- Identify and provide solutions for 40-50 new clients per month
- Coordinate and participate in community events for marketing purposes
Requirements
- Past sales experience
- 1-2 years of proven success record in sales
- Ability to create relationships from a cold start
- Professional phone etiquette
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance license
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven success record in sales
