About This Role

This role involves building long-term relationships with clients, advising them on insurance needs, and actively managing a sales funnel to acquire 40-50 new clients per month for commercial insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Advise prospects on everyday risks and how insurance can protect them
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients
  • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
  • Identify and provide solutions for 40-50 new clients per month
  • Coordinate and participate in community events for marketing purposes

Requirements

  • Past sales experience
  • 1-2 years of proven success record in sales
  • Ability to create relationships from a cold start
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance license

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven success record in sales
