About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for collision repair customers, from vehicle drop-off to delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate estimates. Coordinate with insurance companies and technicians to facilitate a smooth and high-quality repair process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
• Successful completion of background check required

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred (DRP).

Nice to Have

• Prior collision estimating experience (DRP)
• Familiarity with estimating systems CCC1
• I-CAR / ASE certification
• Strong organizational skills
