Responsibilities
- Perform initial teardown of vehicles
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles
- Read and understand repair estimates, communicate with estimators on any additional damage found on vehicle
- Repair vehicles according to OEM, AllData, and I-Car specifications
- Perform all areas of collision repairs including frame repair/replacement, plastic repair and welding
- Diagnose and problem-solve collision issues
- Complete necessary training and maintain an organized, clean work area
- Ensure customers' cars are kept clean and treated with respect
Requirements
- Experience in the collision industry repairing all makes and models
- Valid driver license
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Strong in collision diagnosis and problem solving
- Experience in all areas of collision repairs including frame repair/replacement, plastic repair and welding
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the collision industry repairing all makes and models
