About This Role

Serve as a volunteer Cloud Administrator for Deliverance Charities, focusing on bridging Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems to create a seamless single sign-on environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient access to necessary tools for the remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) using Google Workspace as the primary Identity Provider for Microsoft 365 subdomain.
  • Configure automated workflows for user provisioning, linking Google and Microsoft accounts.
  • Assist in the technical setup of new remote team members, ensuring immediate access to tools.
  • Serve as the point person for any authentication or access issues within the Google/Microsoft bridge.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Google Workspace Admin Console
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Familiarity with SAML 2.0, SCIM, and SSO protocols
  • Ability to work independently to research and implement solutions
  • Comfortable explaining technical steps to non-technical staff
