As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and manage the coordination and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. You will oversee the care team, provide education on clinical practices and regulations, and onboard new employees, acting as a crucial member of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients
- Ensure services are delivered in a safe, cost-effective manner
- Oversee the care team, providing education and training on clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes
- Help orient new employees
- Serve as a key member of the care team to ensure the highest quality care for every patient
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred)
